Rick Andrews is a retired Vice President within the Life Science Industry. He started his career as a Sales Professional and he was promoted to Sr Sales Specialist within the Bio-Production team. This prepared him for his next level of Regional and Global Commercial responsibilities.

He led a diverse team that was focused on Bio-Manufacturing, Downstream Purification and Single Use Bio-Process Technologies. In his various leadership roles, he developed and mentored direct reports who are currently operating at various Global & Regional leadership levels. Members of this team were consistently recognized for their outstanding people leadership and exceeding year over year annual targets.

Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at Southern University A & M and a Masters of Science in Reproductive Physiology at The Ohio State University.
