Lance is a US Coast Guard veteran. He is a USCG Master Instructor and a certified USCG Instructional Technologist. He has extensive experience in Instructional System Design, train-the-trainer and cross-cultural training development. He has travelled broadly as an trainer and motivational speaker, having worked in over 100 nations worldwide.
Lance Stoddart is the Program Director for Leadership Training International and a Certified Trainer for Momentum Makers. He has been engaged in training, team building and leadership development for over 30 years, in the government, non-profit and marketplace arenas.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy, and he is currently pursuing an MA in Applied Theology from Logos University. Lance and his wife, Melanie, have 3 adult children and they live near Pittsburgh, PA.
